Upcoming consultation postponed

We regret to inform you that regrettably we have had to postpone our planned public consultation on our proposals for Pyford Brook Quarry.

This is due to unforeseen circumstances that could have a bearing on the design of our proposals, which means we are no longer in a position to present draft plans to members of the public at this stage.

The consultation period was originally scheduled to run for two weeks from today (Monday 14 October) and was due to include two public exhibitions (16 and 22 October) and a webinar (17 October). These events will now be postponed.

We deeply regret any inconvenience or confusion that this postponement may cause, particularly for those who had already set aside the time to attend. We understand the importance of meaningful consultation, which is why we felt we could not present the plans at this time.

We remain committed to ensuring that all residents have the opportunity to review our proposals and share their views and will write to you to confirm the rescheduled dates for the consultation as soon as we are able.
